Shipping Information

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time
We offer FREE Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only.

Signature Required
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the delivery address, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging
All items are securely and discreetly packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delays
Delivery times may be affected during peak sales periods, Royal Mail strikes, or unforeseen service disruptions. We will notify you of any significant delays. 

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the UK only. If you're outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect address information.

Refund policy 

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We require that returns be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance covering the full value of the item.
